Tools & Ingredients

  • 1 packet Queen Royal Icing
  • Queen Food Colour Gels
  • Baking paper
  • Zip lock bags

Method

STEP 1

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

STEP 2

In a medium bowl, prepare the Queen Royal Icing according to the instructions on the packet to achieve a spreadable consistency.

STEP 3

Divide icing into smaller bowls and tint with desired colours.

STEP 4

Spoon each coloured icing into individual zip-lock bags.

STEP 5

Snip one corner off each bag and carefully pipe dots of icing onto the baking paper. Leave to dry for at least 24 hours before using to decorate, or store in an airtight container.
